That was interesting, to say the least. The part where my body wasn't really my own was pretty disconcerting at first, but other than that...
I wouldn't go so far as to call it 'fun', but it was a change of pace. Funny how the ordinary can be so unexpected here. Throw us into the middle of a warzone, set a dragon loose, hit us with an invasion, and I don't think a lot of people here would bat an eyelash. Put us in suburbia and tell us to blend in, go to work, pay the bills, and suddenly we don't know what to do.
By the way, Capa, I couldn't have asked for a better husband. [YES, ARTHUR CAN TEASE PEOPLE SOMETIMES.] And I'm sorry for subjecting you guys to family dinners.
[Pause. Moving on.]
In other news, in case you were wondering: Dionysus isn't on the Barge anymore.
[Private to Eames]
I don't know how you do it. Forging, slipping into someone else's skin. I have to admit, I've got a newfound appreciation for what you do.
[OOC: I KNOW I OWE BACKDATED PORT TAGS. The muse just sorta got away from me for a bit. I've had a case of writers' block something fierce.]

[He leans forward to refill the point man's glass whether he wants it or not, setting his own glass down and then picking up the bottle and pouring Arthur's. Even though he was curious, he knew better than to ask about a previous job; it was confidential. There was really only one question that mattered.] "Who all knows about dream-sharing here? Aside from Robert, Mal, Angelica, and Ariande?"
SPAAAM
Thanks. [He takes up his glass and sips, being careful not to go too fast. He doesn't want to get drunk before discussing the potential job.] We can assume Edward Sexby, too. [He pauses.] One other person knows the very basics. Stephanie. I needed somebody to monitor, with my first inmate, and she was the only person I trusted who could also handle Mindy... [He really hopes Eames won't ask more about Mindy; it still bothers him that he wasn't able to save her before she vanished from the Barge. Plus, he'd rather not let Eames in on the fact that he had a 12 year old who could very nearly kick his ass.] It never got to that point, though. She disappeared. So Stephanie never saw the PASIV. She hasn't said anything about it to me since.
SPAAAM
[Then Eames puts on slightly-more-serious face again, taking another short sip.] "You certainly get around." [ANOTHER GRIN, then back to business.] "Who the mark you worked with Dr. Capa? Do they know anything?"

[Of course, he meant twenty thousand pounds, a basic figure, but he assume the clarification was unnecessary.] "I need more forgery materials. Wouldn't mind an owed favor, I guess, if the warden's worth anything."
SPAAAM
[He thinks, taking another drink.] What, specifically, would these materials be? And as for the warden himself, he's a weapons guy. Muscle.
SPAAAM
[To the latter, he gave a knowing smile.] "Can't do anything with a man like that. I'd have to check on the specific materials.. likely acetone. A laminating machine as well."
