I've got a question for... anyone who feels like indulging me. [He drops the object in his hand down on the bar, just out of the shot.] What do you dream about?

What I'm wondering is... [He takes a sip of his drink, frowning a little.] After a breach, do you dream as the person you were, or the person you are? [Arthur can't answer that question, himself, since he doesn't dream at all without the PASIV. SUCKS TO BE HIM.]

I think that sentiment is shared by most of the Barge. All things considered, at least, this breach seemed mostly harmless if you weren't trapped underground. [Mostly. He doesn't know about certain deaths yet.]
