IC CHARACTERISTICS:
•PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Arthur stands at about 5'10", with a lean, athletic build. Although he may look like a librarian at first glance, he’s a man who’s clearly in good shape. Arthur keeps his dark-brown hair slicked back for a sleek look. With fair skin and brown eyes, Arthur has a youthful sort of face, which can make him look like less of a threat than he actually is. So far, it hasn’t held him back; people don’t often underestimate Arthur for his age, likely because he carries himself with confidence.
Arthur dresses well, but contrary to common belief, he doesn't always wear a meticulously pressed suit. While he does tend towards button up shirts, ties, and nice trousers, it's not uncommon to find Arthur with his sleeves rolled up, his tie loosened. In dreams, his appearance is much more orderly and precise, but in reality, Arthur has a few casual touches. He's subtly fashion-forward, combining colors, patterns and stripes much of the time, rather than sticking to solids or simplistic monochromatic ensembles. Arthur's choice of clothing is reflective of his attention to detail.

•ABILITIES: Arthur's highly intelligent and resourceful. He's a skilled fighter, fairly solid researcher, and he's capable of adapting to dangerous challenges without hesitation. Arthur's proficient in hand-to-hand combat and an array of firearms and explosives.
•MEDICAL INFORMATION: None at this time. He's in good health for a man his age.
•OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS: None.
